Meet our Leaders

Thiago and Fernanda, originally from São Paulo, Brazil, moved to Australia in 2018 with their two daughters, Sophia and Elis, seeking a better quality of life. However, upon arriving, they soon realised their calling extended beyond caring for their family—it was also about serving others and guiding people into a closer relationship with Christ.

Thiago has been a part of Lirio since the age of 11, serving faithfully in the worship ministry as a pianist. Fernanda joined the church in 2014, contributing her talents to the Creative ministry.

Together, they now lead Lirio Church Australia, officially established in 2024. Here, they have witnessed God's abundant blessings and are passionate about sharing their faith with both the Brazilian and Australian communities.

Here at Lirio, we believe that the church is our home and for this reason, we want you to feel comfortable and satisfied. We understand that the people within this home form a family, the body of Christ, and through this relationship, we can connect, share experiences, and have communion with one another. We are not here just for the good times. As a family, you can count on us during life's challenges, and remember that God will never leave your side.

A church for everyone, which preaches the gospel of Jesus Christ in an accessible and understandable way to all.

A church where its members are marked by the culture of the Kingdom, transforming their personal lifestyle across all fields of life. Its members are the most effective form of spreading the gospel, sharing spontaneously and voluntarily their experiences with God in their daily lives.
